VISION for Redeemed Community Church—2014
As we move forward with Redeemed Community Church, I want to lay out an expanded VISION for the ministry:
Develop a Summer Camp for children ages 6-12. Offer a fun program, with emphasis on reading, writing, math and science being enhanced over the summer. Offer swimming at the SWIM club, movie day, field trips to the ZOO, IMAX, Park fun, and other educational outings.
Develop an after-school program for grades 1-8. Hire tutors to work with the children, ensure homework is completed, and a hot snack is prepared daily.
Develop on-campus pick up ministry at South Alabama.
Continue with Father's Day conference!
Increase MUSIC ministry: Develop a solid Children's Choir!
Develop a quarterly educational awareness ministry: careers, health, life, etc.
Adopt-a-School—Develop a relationship with Orchard Elementary School.
Bible Study: increase attendance… Re-ignite the Youth/Young Adult class this year.
Easter support: Contribute at least $1000 between the three Churches at the three services.
More outreach in the local communities—get flyer's out, door to door evangelism.
CONTINUE this YEAR:
Cogburn Nursing Home ministry
COMCAST television ministry. Occasional preaching on WGOK.
Tri-Church fellowships: Easter, Christmas and Watch Night
